Volvo Cars (Thailand) Ltd., has announced the appointment of Mr. Chana Nuchniyom as PR and Event Manager, Volvo Cars (Thailand) Ltd., effective as of 1st June, 2018.
Mr. Chana succeeds Ms. Nuttha Jittrakom, who is now set to take up a new position as the Strategic Planning manager of Volvo Cars (Thailand) Ltd.,
Chana previously served as Customer Experience Manager at Volvo Cars (Thailand) Ltd., from 2015 onwards, a role in which he brought a wealth of customer management experience and client satisfaction built on his 20 years of experience in this business area. He supervised and handled the development of customer relationships, and the development of all Customer Touchpoints involving dealer operations and management.
In his new position, Mr. Chana’s responsibilities will cover the Public Relations and Event activities of Volvo Cars Thailand and act as Volvo’s representative to strengthen media relationships through corporate communications and activities.
His many years of management experience, together with his profound understanding of Thai culture in the respect of customer relationship management, will drive Volvo Cars (Thailand) towards further
achievements and outstanding growth in Thailand’s premium car sector, a key strategic market for the brand.
