The trendy Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli created by and located in the luxury boutique hotel 137 Pillars Suites & Residences is getting a highly anticipated second outlet in Nang Linchee this month. The new branch, which joins some of the city’s other popular eateries at the Market Place Nang Linchee, will officially open its doors on at 7:30 am on Saturday 8 December 2018.

After their extraordinary success with the historical 137 Pillars House Chiang Mai, the owners took their passion and ambition for hospitality and service further to curate an exceptional all-day dining experience with the Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli. Once home to the Borneo Trading Company Limited, a trading outpost, the heritage teak house in Chiang Mai was where expats would meet and trade in those days. The Bangkok Trading Post Bistro & Deli takes its inspiration from it as a place for today’s urban communities to meet up over good food, drinks and farm to table dining and fun events.

Since its inception in 2017, the flagship restaurant and bar on Sukhumvit 39 has become a popular local go-to spot, connecting the neighbourhood and beyond with its East-meets-West dining experience. From breakfast to brunch, lunch to dinner, it has created a buzz with a gourmet menu of globally inspired dishes crafted from fresh seasonal local produce. Other fine quality products from Bangkok’s buzzing metropolis include organic coffee and teas, unique craft beers, and signature cocktails. The fun and lively atmosphere paired with attentive service and a packed roster of exciting promotions and events has made it a regular hangout for couples, groups of friends, and families, as well as hotel guests.

Sharing the same DNA, the new outlet offers a two-level seating space at the Market Place Nang Linchee and a menu that focuses on local ingredients and products from the Royal Projects to create international flavours. Whether you are just grabbing a coffee on the way to work, looking for a neighbourhood lunch spot, or a great place for drinks with colleagues after work, the new Bangkok Trading Post offers an array of all-day dishes and Grab-n-Go options that take your taste experience to new and delicious heights.

Those familiar with the menu can continue to enjoy signature favourites such as the Shakshuka Baked Eggs, Tuna Tataki Salad, Villatic Pizza, the Grilled Chicken Sumac and much more. New exclusive menu items include the Lanna Pizza topped with spicy Chiang Mai Sausage, Nam Prik Ong Sauce, and Mozzarella; Blue Crab Mac N’

Cheese, a sumptuous combination of Crabmeat, Macaroni, Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese; and the succulent slow-roasted BBQ Baby Back Ribs, brushed with house-made sticky barbecue sauce, served with fries, buttered corn and red slaw. Asian-inspired specialties represent regional flavours with a Chicken Red Curry Tiffin Set, Beef Rendang, Pad Thai, Lamb Biryani and a Pad Krapow set.

A full-service bar will offer creative signature cocktails and mocktails made with freshly squeezed juices and local ingredients, an array of unique craft beers, and a selection of exceptional wines from the Old and New Worlds.
