Ananda Urban Pulse beats all sales goals.

Ananda Development Public Company Limited announces the success of its Ananda Urban Pulse Event at Siam Paragon between 22nd and 25th June 2017. The company achieved presales of 9 billion Baht from 5 new condominium projects launching with a combined project value of 21.7 billion Baht in the second quarter beating of all sales targets.

Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda, said, “We’re delighted to have a successful launch of five new condominium projects at the Ananda Urban Pulse event with a total development value of 21.7 billion Baht. Comprising the 3.1 billion Baht Ideo Q Victory condominium project near the Victory Monument BTS station, the 6.4 billion Baht Ashton Asoke-Rama 9, near the Rama 9 MRT station, the 4 billion Baht Ideo Q Sukhumvit 36, near the Thong Lo BTS station, the 3 billion Baht Ideo New Rama 9, near the Ramkhamhaeng 12 MRT station, and the 5 billion Baht Elio Del Nest condominium near the Udomsuk BTS station.

Mr. Ruangkritya continued, “Ideo and Ashton” brands’ initial sales rates were all over 40% at launch beating our target of sales at 40% in 3 months after launch.”

He added, “The Ideo Q Victory project in particular was a smash hit with over 4,000 people registering to apply for 348 units in the building over the 4 days of the sales event. The project is located in the Victory Monument area, and is 0 meters away from the Victory Monument BTS station. ”

He continued, “In addition, the company launched new “Elio” branded condominiums, with a total project value of 5 billion Baht located near the Udomsuk BTS station. The project sold 20% of the first phase at the event, which was ahead of company expectations of sales reaching 20% in 3 months after launch.”

He concluded, “The reasons for our success is our continuing relentless focus on customer needs providing convenience through the location next to the BTS and continuously introducing new technology to improve the quality of urban life while ensuring that nature is integrated into the projects while maintaining competitive pricing.”

Ananda Online Booking, was also well received with total sales through the system of 1,080 million baht. Additional new technology showcased was, for the first time in the real estate industry, the company has developed and introduced the Ananda Smart Booking to improve the condo reservation experience to support Urban Living Solutions.

On the subject of the 2017 Business Plan he explained, “After our successful first half launches we plan to launch in the second half 7 projects worth Bt16.5 billion comprising two housing projects and five condo projects, of which 4 will be joint venture projects.”
