Located right by the stunning 800-metre beach that fronts Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort, Coconut Grill and Bar has unveiled a special cocktail menu to pair with the restaurant’s delectable fresh seafood and steak offerings.
Top choices on the menu at the resort’s casual al fresco beachside restaurant include prime cuts of imported Australian Angus Beef steak grilled to sizzling perfection and succulent whole Phuket lobster.
September’s signature cocktails include the Blue Star, a quirky, almost neon blue cocktail consisting of gin, orange juice and blue Curacao. An alcohol-free option is the Deep Sea, a mocktail made with expertly blended fruit juices combined with fruity syrups.
The food and drinks are served together and best enjoyed at sunset to truly capture the essence of a tranquil seaside holiday and setting the relaxed atmosphere for the shore side dining experience are live bands performing ‘chill music’ every day from 17:00 – 00:00.
“We look forward to giving all our guests the opportunity to experience the atmosphere and tastes at Coconut Grill and Bar, where we hope they can have the true Thai holiday experience,” said Mr. Chao Treenawongse, general manager of Phi Phi Island Village. “We are certain the guests will benefit form the effort we have put into making the cuisine and the atmosphere so special.”
