The Resort’s pastry chef and team capture the essence of the coconut paradise and translate it into savoury and sweet selections presented on hand-crafted driftwood decorated with porcelain mushrooms.
Highlight items includes by coconut ice cream wrapped in crispy rice, served on ice in a hand-crafted coconut shell. The perfect introduction to the Koh Samui Afternoon Tea immediately puts guests in the right mind-set for what is about to come.
