From 8th – 20th December 2017, Chef Stefano and his team of dedicated chefs will be jetting in from 2 Michelin starred restaurant – Grand A Hotel Villa Feltrinelli Restaurant in Italy, for an exclusive two-week gastronomic collaboration with luxury property Sri panwa.
Known for his creative dishes that blend luxurious ingredients with food from Italy’s cucina povera or ‘kitchen of the poor’, Chef Stefano will take diners on an exciting culinary journey that will allow them to experience his unique style and gastronomic flavours of one of the best restaurants in the world. The team will use locally sourced ingredients from Thai markets, enriched with the addition of herbs and edible flowers to create a simple, elegant yet innovative menu for Sri Panwa over the two weeks.
The classic, soulful menu includes unique renditions of homely Italian dishes such as L’astice and Il Tonno for starters, Ravioli and Le Linguine for pasta dishes, Il Branzino and L’agnello for the main course, finishing with Il Tiramisu and Il Limone for desserts. Each dish will exhibit Stefano’s distinctive approach to creative food, where a single serving can contain up to 140 different plants – a symbol of his culinary passion.

About Chef Stefano
Chef Stefano’s interest in the culinary world sparked following his initiation into the world of haute cuisine at Enoteca Pinchiorri, Florence, where he perfected his skills and techniques under the mentorship of two great Master Chefs in Paris. In the years that followed, he gained a vast amount of professional experience working in various respected venues around the globe with the finest chefs, including Seiji Yamamoto at Ryugin, Joan Roca at El Celler de Can Roca and Ferran Adria at el Bulli.
Chef Stefano is currently the Executive Chef at the Grand Hotel A Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano, Lake Garda – Italy, with his “savoir faire” focusing on just one thing: excellence.
