Bangkok’s renowned skyline-view restaurant refuses to rest on its laurels, continuing to push the culinary envelope with a selection of brand new dishes made with top-tier ingredients from famed world food sources. Created by Executive Sous Chef Andrew Perry, the new additions include Poached Boston Lobster with Butter and Norwegian Salmon Confit, along with impossible-to-skip desserts like Lavender Chocolate Panna Cotta with Blueberry Gelée.

Here’s what’s cooking at our nightclub-feel, city vista restaurant Vertigo TOO, where the latest menu retooling brings some taste-tempting new additions to the already diverse pan-cuisine selection. Starting this April, guests can tuck into such inspiringly tasty creations as Pulled Pork Jaffle (toasted sandwich); Duck Sausage with Kumquat Confit, Orange and Duck Jus; and Fresh Vietnamese style Spring Rolls with Softshell Crab and Rice Noodles.
