InterContinental Bangkok doubles its festive offerings this Thanksgiving with two dining promotions for a truly memorable celebration.

All-day-dining restaurant Espresso gets in a festive mood with its one-day-only Thanksgiving dinner on 24 November featuring everyone’s holiday favorites and more, while Fireplace Grill and Bar presents a five-course dinner menu of distinction.

Celebrating Thanksgiving at InterContinental is a tradition in Bangkok, and two reasons why so many come back year after year are the superb quality and tremendous variety of dishes offered.

For example, when family and friends gather at Espresso for either lunch or dinner, they’ll enjoy a Thanksgiving feast including holiday must-haves such as succulent roast turkey with gravy, apple-walnut stuffing and all the trimmings. Other festive fare highlights include butternut squash soup, French beans with almond breadcrumbs, Brussels sprouts with chestnut salad and roast potatoes.

Fireplace Grill and Bar

There’s likewise no shortage of holiday favorites at fine-dining restaurant Fireplace Grill and Bar, where Chef Sebastian Reischer’s renowned cuisine makes every meal a celebration.

Showcasing the chef’s culinary finesse this Thanksgiving is a five-course dinner menu that begins with his light yet flavorful Beetroot salad and Goat cheese with herbs, before Roast pumpkin bisque with rosemary; both dishes attain the exquisite balance of complementary flavors for which the chef is so highly regarded.

For the evening’s main course, Chef Sebastian has created Turkey medallions with mushroom and sage, sous vide turkey breast with bread stuffing crust, cranberry sauce and gravy. The chef’s take on traditional sides including Brussels sprouts with bacon, creamy garlic potato mash and green beans provides the perfect accompaniment. The meal ends with another traditional favorite, and one fittingly doubled for Thanksgiving at InterContinental Bangkok this year: a dessert duo of pecan and pumpkin pie.
