Stimulating sensations await the curious. On Thursday, November 03, 2016, The Glaz Bar and The Reflexions at Plaza Athénée Bangkok, A Royal Méridien Hotel invite wine buffs and foodies to explore sommelier selected labels from the widely praised Wolf Blazz wine collection + the modern French cuisine they inspire in the restaurant’s exciting new culinary artist Ms. Roxanne Lange + team.

Wolf Blass was established in the Barossa Valley in 1966, and has grown from a humble tin shed to become one of the world’s most successful and awarded wineries. A recipient of over 8,000 medals and trophies the essence of Wolf Blass wines is exemplified by the winemakers who continuously strive to produce wines of quality, character and consistency.

Chef Roxanne Lange is extensively experience in Michelin-starred French restaurants. She says she is looking forward to pampering guests’ palates.

The sociable tasting starts 06.00 pm at the ritzily remodelled Glaz Bar features 03 Wolf Blass wines: Yellow Label Chardonnay White 2015, Wolf Blass Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon Red 2015, and Wolf Blass Yellow Label Shiraz Red 2015.

But the best is yet to come as Chef Roxanne’s inspired 03-course menu, with 02 choices per course, lubricated by more pours of Wolf Blass’s uncommon wines, awaits guests amid the electrifying décor of The Reflexions on 3/F.

Appetizer

Smoked duck salad with black fig, foie gras flakes and roasted almond OR Lobster bisque with corn, baby fennel and lobster tortellini.

Main

Seared salmon with linguine, mussels, razor clams and tomato beurre blanc OR Oven roasted rack of lamb, Mediterranean vegetables, onion purée, buttered leek and thyme jus.

Dessert

Apple tarte tatin, vanilla ice cream and candy almond OR Blood orange parfait, Valrhona dark chocolate praline wafer and chocolate ice cream.

To accompany their dinner, guests can choose either Wolf Blass Bilyara Chardonnay White 2015 or Wolf Blass Bilyara Shiraz Red 2015

All priced at only THB 1,800++ per person.

Price includes Wine Tasting at The Glaz Bar followed by a 03-course dinner + 01 complimentary bottle of wine for two (2) paying guests at The Reflexions.
