Muay Thai
Muay Thai or Muay, as it is affectionately known, is the national sport of Thailand and The Siam is home to the first professional Muay Thai facility in Bangkok. Muay Thai is often referred to as the art of eight limbs due to the use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. Kick your fitness game up a notch with The Siam’s experienced Muay Thai trainers who are on-hand to tailor training programmes
suited to guests’ abilities and fitness levels.

Swimming
Take the edge off a hot day or cool off after an intense workout at The Siam’s iconic infinity pool. Surrounded by calming, tropical foliage, it’s the perfect place to savour breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya river and magnificent Bangkok sunsets.

Worked off a ton of calories? Head down to Deco Bar & Bistro to try The Siam’s selection of refreshing smoothies and slow juices that are both nutritious and delicious.
