The wellness workshop has a vast array of specialists to maximize your healthy weekend in Phuket.

The program begins with a personal and private health and wellness consultation with Hayden Rhodes upon arrival; he is here to help you create your healthy life rituals plan. The participants will also enjoy the informative workshops and hand-on activities at the practical fun sessions such as team building, water races, mindset and visualization fun for more light and more Yin as opposed to Yang energy and find balance leading to fundamental functional programs for life.

Discover your own foodie adventure with clean menus, understanding how food labels work from gifted chefs and artisans of fine dining. Learn how food can affect our sleep as well as improve overall productivity. Understanding breathwork and crystals, moon activity and how it affects ones moods followed by a partner massage class will all give you some newfound skills to enjoy back home activate new areas of your life.

Kim White: Embarked on her own Yogic journey in early childhood and embodies complete dedication to her chosen art. Susanna Eduini is a coach and a breathwork practitioner with more than fifteen years of experience in the field of training and coaching with individuals and large companies. Her work is a unique blend of ancient and modern world, through coaching neuro-science, myth, folk tales and anthropology to reveal how our thoughts and beliefs can shape our life.
