Red Sky restaurant is kicking off with a brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu!
Running all the way through the month of January and February, Chef Christian Ham and his team are excited to be serving a Black and White Truffle–inspired menu with winter vegetables for THB 2,955++ per person and an optional wine pairing (plus THB 1,999++).
The five courses (plus an amuse bouche and other little treats) feature only the finest in–season produce from around the world which includes the likes of tuna carpaccio, Hokkaido scallop and black winter truffle, chestnut broth, as well as a succulently roasted filet of lamb with black olive powder and glazed vegetables as the main. Craving for something sweet once you finish your salty nosh with chocolate cream with Yuzu sherbet, cocoa crisp.
Red Sky restaurant is located on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
