The captivating moment of indulging in the scrumptious 4-course Thai set menu whilst sipping the award-winning Thai wine, GranMonte, amidst the most stunning river views will surely remain imprinted into all wine lovers’ hearts forevermore. Chef Sutthaporn Chulavachana has delicately put together a special 4-course Thai set menu consisting of Thai Amuse Bouche; Seared Tuna Fish with Lemongrass, Chili, Lemon Juice and Ground Roasted Rice Powder (Num Tok Pla Tuna); Spicy Clear Soup with Wagyu Beef Sliced, Thai Herb and Tamarind Leaves (Tom Saab Nuae); Crispy Maine Lobster Topped with Yellow Curry and Egg Noodle (Pha Phong Karee) or Pan Fried Duck Breast Topped with Tamarind Sauce, served with Fried Rice with Lotus Leaves (Ped Yang Sauce Makham); and Red Ruby and Coconut Serve with Coconut Milk (Tup Tim Krob) to perfectly paired with selections of GranMonte wine consisting of GranMonte NV Cremant, Extra dry Brut, GranMonte Sakuna Rose 2015, GranMonte “Viognier” 2014, GranMonte “Heritage Syrah” 2014 and GranMonte “Asoke” 2011.
The exclusive wine dinner is available at Bt3,500 net per person.
