This May through June, make your trip to Red Sky Rooftop Bar and Restaurant even more memorable by experiencing acclaimed Chef Christian Ham’s Seasonal Tasting Menu that has been curated for spring.

The multi-course menu is comprised of only the most carefully-selected in-season produce, which is imported fresh from all over the world.

The current tasting menu at Red Sky begins with a Lobster Salad “A la Parisienne”, followed by White German Asparagus served with Meunière, Hollandaise or Mimosa sauce.

For the main course, guests have the choice between Pan Seared Snow Fish with mini ratatouille or the Beef Tenderloin and Beef Cheek with tomato confit, olives, capers and basil mashed potatoes, followed by dessert.

Red Sky is currently taking bookings from now until the end of June, with the full set menu priced at THB 2,995++ per person with a wine pairing option covering every course at an additional THB 1,799++ per person.

Among the highlights of our sommelier’s top picks, you’ll be treated to a 2015 Chablis, Domaine Faiveley, a 2015 Chianti Classico DOCG, Castello di Bossi, and a glass of G.H. Mumm N°1 Pink Edition Extra Dry NV to finish off the evening.
