Guests ordering any of three special dishes from the menu of enticing regional cuisine will have them prepared tableside by the chef.
With one of basil’s talented chefs standing next to you creating your dish, dining at basil will become a culinary adventure. Dishes prepared At Your Table include pla hoi shell, seared scallops with spicy green mango salad, chili jam and lemongrass, yam neau yang, grilled beef with Thai herbs, cucumber and tomato, and som tam ruam goong yang, spicy green papaya and apple salad with grilled prawns.
The newly refurbished basil is an award-winning Thai restaurant with fresh dining concept that highlights the incredible diversity, high quality ingredients, and authentic flavors of Thai cuisine from four distinct regions; the central plains, the north, northeast and the south. Exciting menus revisit classics and present intriguing less well-known dishes. Enticing appetizers, fragrant soups and curries, as well as traditional desserts are served with genuine warmth in basil’s stylish contemporary setting.
Dine at basil and embark on an extraordinary culinary adventure At Your Table from Monday to Friday between 12.00 – 14.30 hrs.
