The exclusive choices of Ayu fish dishes include grilled Ayu fish with salt (THB 360++); deep fried small Ayu fish marinated in Namban vinegar sauce (THB 330++); simmered Ayu fish in red wine and sake served with Julienned vegetables (THB 360++), just to name a few!
