Chef Nooror will sparkle diners’ eyes with her festive menu “Caviar Lobster Salad” crafted with organic vegetables, tangerine dressing, garnished with caviar from the Caviar House in Hua Hin; “Aphrodisiac Oyster Souffle” and “Natural Sea Grape Artichoke” from Korat as starters; followed by love bites such as “Tamarind Foie Gras Spring Rolls”; “Scallop Avocado Mousse” using superfood “Lampoon black pearl garlic”; and the ever so tasty “Chor Chompoo” with caramelized “free range chicken” stuffing.
The ambience intensifies with “Ginseng Duck Bird’s Nest Soup” made from Dong Quai ginseng, organic duck and Ratchaburi honey or a surprise “Love Potion” which will definitely set the romantic mood to last the entire evening. Main courses to continue to light the fire of love include “Black Garlic Prawns”; “Saraman Beef” and “Crab Red Curry” served with Mangrove forest Ampawa Chakar leaves amongst others.
And as sweets are undoubtedly traditional for Valentine’s Day, for those who want to culminate dinner with ‘sweet kisses’, the fragrant “Jasmine Panna Cotta” Namdokmai mango sticky rice and strawberries from the Thai Royal Project Farm completes an unforgettable evening for couples.
