Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok Announces Riccardo Catarsi as Italian Guest Chef at Scalini in December

Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok today announced Riccardo Catarsi, Chef De Cuisine of il Cielo restaurant at Hilton Singapore, as guest chef at the award-winning Italian restaurant Scalini.

With his passion for preserving authentic Italian flavors, while reinventing classic dishes with his contemporary cooking methods, Catarsi is excited to instill new ideas and inculcate the novelty of traditional Italian cuisine through his contemporary culinary expertise, now being brought to Bangkok.

Starting on November 28, 2016, Scalini restaurant will offer its guests a new dining experience throughout the festive season. The four-course festive menu presented by Riccardo Catarsi is simply perfect for business, social and family celebrations. The set menu features three tempting choices for each course and Riccardo’s set menu is priced very competitively at THB 1,899 net per person (food only) and THB 2,699 net per person with wine pairings.

Guests can enjoy the festive menu set at Scalini restaurant from November 28 to December 30, 2016 from 6 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Scalini also offers full à la carte dining options throughout the festive period excluding December 31, 2016. The grand finale festive dinner on December 31, 2016 combines fabulous buffet choices, including fresh oysters and lobster, and a selection of 10 main courses cooked to order. Free-flow sparkling, red and white wines available throughout the evening as well as delightful, easy listening entertainment.
