Here’s a date to mark on your calendars: on the first Sunday of every month throughout 2018, UNO MAS is holding an exclusive Champagne brunch… 54 floors above the city!
As well as the stunning views across the city (and bubbles courtesy G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne) our brunch features a mouth-watering spread of Spanish flavors including tapas, raw and cooked seafood, hot and cold cuts of meat, and a variety of cooked-to-order dishes.
Some of UNO MAS’ signatures to be enjoyed as part of this brunch include our foie gras terrine with smoked baby eel, Joselito Coppa ham, slow-cooked Wagyu short ribs, Josper oven-grilled Pyrenees rack of lamb, ‘Gambas al ajillo’ (Tiger prawns) with garlic, Maine lobster ceviche… and much much more!
This three-hour brunch runs from 11.30-14.30. Entrance is priced at THB 3,555++ per person which includes our sommelier’s fine selection of international drinks, free-flow Magnum of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne and, of course, unlimited access to our Spanish brunch buffet.
