From the 16th to the 30th of November 2016, it is a cheese lover’s dream come true! Chatuchak Café international buffet restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, invites you to indulge in a traditional French dish of melted “Raclette and Morbier” cheeses, expertly created by our executive chef Eric Berrigaud. In addition to Chatuchak Café’s regular scrumptious international buffet which is featuring a selection of cold, hot and grilled items, plus noodles, pasta, sushi, dim sum, soups and fresh seafood will also be available.
Raclette is a popular French cheese as well as of this distinctive hot dish, made by melting the cheese and serving it over with a variety of foods. Semi-soft and salted, Raclette is imported from France. Morbier is a semi-soft, ivory-coloured cow’s milk cheese named after the small French village of Morbier. It is traditionally covered with a layer of black ash, resulting in a moist and leathery rind.
The total food-only buffet price is still great value at just THB 940++ per person for lunch, with the exception of Sunday brunch at THB 1,400++ and THB 1,100++ (Monday to Thursday) and THB 1,400++ (Friday – Sunday) for dinner.
Buffet lunch is served from 11.30 until 14.30 hrs, and dinner between 18.00 until 22.30 hrs.
