In November, Rossini’s award-winning Italian restaurant welcomes two revered chefs from Michelin star restaurants.
Executive Chef Antimo Merone from the 1 Michelin star restaurant, 8½ Otto Mezzo Bombana in Macao, part of The Fine Dining Lovers Guest Chef Series will delight diners with à la carte and set menus with Allegrini wine pairings on November 3 and 4, and a memorable Wine Dinner on November 3.
Highlights of Chef Antimo menu will include Hokkaido king crab with fennel emulsion, Amalfi lemon and Oscietra caviar served with Lugana Molin DOC, Lombardia, confit toothfish with zolfino beans, blue mussels, and parsley paired with Braide Alte Grand Cru IGT, Livion, Friuli, and M9 sirloin with charred artichoke and natural jus complemented by Amarone Valpolicella Classico DOCG, Allegrini, Veneto.

From November 14 – 17, Chef Alfio Ghezzi from the 2 Michelin star Locanda Margon in Trento, Italy will create lunch and dinner à la carte and set menus of the restaurants signature dishes with Ferrari wine pairings. On November 17, diners can also experience Chef Alfio’s exquisite cuisine at an unforgettable Ferrari Wine Dinner.
