From the 1st until the 9th of October 2016, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok presents “Vegetarian Festival”, which will feature imaginative veggie-heavy options for both lunch and dinner at Chatuchak Cafe International Buffet Restaurant, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, Le Danang Vietnamese Restaurant and Suan Bua Modern Thai Restaurant.
Chatuchak Cafe International Buffet Restaurant:
Chatuchak Cafe will offer a huge range of vegetarian delights such as mixed mushrooms in red curry; stir fried vegetarian seafood with hot basil leaves; deep-fried tofu in brown sauce; stir small noodle with mix vegetarian; stir fried fat noodle with mix mushroom and mixed tofu with tamarind sauce.
Lunch is only THB 940++ per person and dinner THB 1,100++ from Monday through Thursday, and THB 1,400++ on Friday through Sunday – including Friday nights and Sunday brunches.
Dynasty Chinese Restaurant:
The team at Dynasty restaurant will be creating a range of fresh and tasty dishes including braised vegetarian sea cucumber in brown sauce (THB: S 650++ M 920++ L 1,350++); steamed wrapped seaweed with ice cabbage served with spicy sauce (THB: S 390++ M 590++ L 890++); deep-fried tofu wrapped in Hong Kong rice paper (Price THB: S 390++ M 590++ L 890++) and stir fried vegetarian shrimps with cashews nuts, water chestnut, jujube, ginkgo and dices taro (Price THB: S 380++ M 490++ L 720++).
Le Danang Vietnamese Restaurant:
Le Danang’s culinary experts will also be turning their talents to vegetarian dishes, serving fresh tasty treats such as steamed rice crepes filled with vegetables (THB 250++); fresh spring rolls with wild mushrooms (THB 250++) and many other delicious options.
Suan Bua Modern Thai Restaurant:
At Suan Bua, a highly creative and healthy vegetarian menu will offer up treats such as vegetable green curry (THB 290++); deep-fried mixed vegetable wrapped in tofu sheets and three-flavored sauce (THB 350++); stir-fried tofu with cashew nuts (THB 290++) and fried soy protein and mushrooms with red curry paste (THB 290++).
