Discover the fine flavours of the white truffle at the award-winning Biscotti restaurant. From mid-November, a special Degustation and a la carte menu will premiere, featuring a variety of inspirational dishes with the unique truffle.

Growing exclusively in Alba, Northern Italy the white truffle grows underground and is only available for three months of the year. Renowned for its particular flavour, it is often referred to as white gold. This exclusive promotion will introduce Bangkok diners to the exquisite taste through a series of delectable dishes prepared by our Italian Chef Daniele Bettini.

The a la carte and Degustation menus will feature dishes such as Tartar di Manzo, a Beef Tartar with Quail Eggs and Alba Truffle along with sumptuous seafood, pasta and meat dishes that showcase this superb treat. A selection of fine wines will be offered in the promotion, to complement each dish. 

Biscotti opens daily: lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
