He has extensive experience in international and fine dining cuisine including French, Mediterranean, European, Asian, Eastern, African, Modern, Classic and Australian gained through fine dining restaurants, hotels, function centres and sporting venues.
At Zeascape Chef Ramon is presenting his quenched experience through his “INSPIRING UR SENSE OF TASTE CUISINE” such Crispy-Skinned Atlantic Salmon Fillet on pesto linguine with black mussels and roasted leek medallions finished with prawn bisque sauce, Seared Scallops nestled around a centerpiece of mint-crushed sweet peas and topped with a slow-cooked egg and crispy pancetta pieces then finished with a forest mushroom sauce (Gluten free) and Salted Dark Chocolate & Caramel Tart this refined dessert is finished with a topping of pistachio crumble and double cream mirrored by raspberry gel.
