NEW YEAR’S EVE AT JOJO – 31st December 2016

As an ode to 2016, and in celebration of the year ahead, Chef Stefano Merlo presents a decadent eight-course set menu of legendary proportions. Guests are invited, at their leisure,

to enjoy the art of Champagne Sabrage experience at 6:00pm at The St. Regis Bar, before sitting down to this creative, gourmet display of Italian culinary art.

NEW YEAR’S EVE INTERACTIVE DINING AT VIU – 31st December 2016

Start the evening, from 6:00pm, with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Brut, at The St. Regis Bar. Experience the art of Champagne Sabrage, in a deft-hand display, at 6:30pm. VIU, then, enhances your holiday dining experience with a delectable buffet selection, where specialties are prepared à la minute, at live interactive cooking stations. Sumptuous highlights include roasted Australian Black Angus prime ribs, Yorkshire puddings, baked salmon en croute, black truffle butter, VIU signature Boston lobster Thermidor and Florentine, seared foie gras and baked oysters, as the Veuve Clicquot Brut flows.
