It is a veritable feast of Mediterranean inspired delights, most of which are created by a talented chef; there is not a taste that cannot be satisfied, whilst listening to Spanish & Mediterranean vibes provided by our charismatic guitarist. Just to whet your appetite, you can choose from a wonderful selection of outstanding dishes including Pan-fried snow fish ‘Hondarribia’ style, piquillo pepper sauce and aioli gratin, Maine lobster ‘al ajillo’, sizzling with garlic and chili, Wild mushroom and black truffle paella with tiger prawns and lobster claws, Grilled Black Angus rib eye in five pepper sauce, piquillo and padrones peppers, Pan seared duck foie gras with ‘Pedro Ximenez’ sweet wine sauce, dry figs and Marcona almonds, Slow cooked Wagyu short ribs with truffle mashed potatoes,sautéed chanterelle mushrooms and confit green asparagus, as well as sumptuous desserts such as UNO MAS chocolate cheesecake, Pina colada 2016 and our new version of the traditional Catalan cream with salted caramel ice cream.
