Exquisite dishes made with imported ingredients include fresh tofu skin with crab, wasabi, avocado, and soy sauce, sashimi of yellow tail tuna and sweet shrimp, and grilled snow fish and corn paste and miyoga. Diners can also enjoy an à la carte selection of grilled soft cod roe with maitake mushrooms and oyster, grilled salmon with salmon roe, oyster tempura, grilled king crab, and another local specialty, the Genghis Khan Mongolian mutton barbecue, and much more.

Available daily from 5 – 27 November 2016, the special Hokkaido Gozen lunch set is Baht 1,300++ per person and à la carte dishes start from Baht 350++. Yamazato Restaurant is located on 24th Floor of The Okura prestige Bangkok, opens for lunch from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
