Five Six Senses resorts and three Evason resorts have been listed as winners of the prestigious 2013 Certificate Of Excellence, by TripAdvisor.
The Six Senses resorts are located in Oman, Thailand and Vietnam, while the Evason resorts are located in Jordan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Six Senses Samui also received the Certificate of Excellence for it’s fine dining restaurant, Dining On The Rocks.
The Certificate of Excellence Winner award identifies hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
This awards scoop follows on from the 2012 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards, which were received by eight Six Senses and Evason properties.
According to TripAdvisor, “The winners are determined by those who matter the most – your guests. The key to winning the award is consistently excellent service. Properties had to maintain an overall ranking on TripAdvisor of four out of five, achieved by only the top performing 10% of all businesses worldwide. The volume of reviews in the past 12 months was also a determining factor”.
On being advised of the awards, Six Senses President, Bernhard Bohnenberger said, “At Six Senses our mission is to create exceptional guest experiences in places of incredible natural beauty. We are thrilled that our guests have taken the time to express their delight and satisfaction in the popular Web pages of TripAdvisor”.
