Skal Chiang Mai meeting postponed to November 16

The meeting scheduled for October 27 at the Rio Restaurant at RatiLanna Riverside Resort has been postponed to Wednesday, November 16 to honor and respect His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej who passed away on October 13, 2016. Skal Chiang Mai joins the nation in mourning this great King and so will hold the next meeting after the mourning period of 30 days.

The new date is Wednesday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m. Please register by noon on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Cancellations on the same day and no shows will be charged the full price. Members are 600 baht and non-members are 800 baht. Please register online only, thank you.

Carmen Rademaker of the Naka Foundation will be speaking on the upcoming Elephant Parade event to be held in Chiang Mai and on the work of the Naka Foundation to help elephants and mahouts.


Tickets for the Skal Christmas Gala fundraiser, which will be held on December 13 at Le Meridien Chiang Mai, will be available for purchase at the event, as well as with all committee members.
