For the 5th edition of SO Amazing Chefs, SO Sofitel Bangkok is breaking out the silverware from 11 – 18 November 2016 with the most stellar gastronomic lineup ever to gather at the hotel, representing a total of 16 chefs and 11 Michelin stars.
“We strive to raise the bar of the SO Amazing Chefs every year, and this year we’ve outdone ourselves yet again with a gathering of 11 Michelin stars to celebrate the rich culinary landscape of the city. We are honored to have so many participating chefs return year after year, and as always, we look forward to the exchange of epicurean ideas and to sharing them with the foodies of our city,” says Mr. Yves Mudry, General Manager of SO Sofitel Bangkok
The eight-day program includes 7 themed degustation dinners, 2 weekend brunches, 6 once-in-a-lifetime cooking classes hosted by the chefs themselves, and a selection of other culinary events including a ceramic BBQ demonstration and a cheese tasting.
