A new height of dining experience is soon to reach Hua Hin as Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin prepares for a special wine dinner “An Evening With Daumas Gassac”. Featuring exquisite French cuisine of Railway Restaurant in a four-course dinner, the meal will be elevated even higher with theiconic wines of Mas de Daumas Gassac of Languedoc.
In an evening of Thursday, March 7, 2019, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin invites you to a very special wine dinner “An Evening With Daumas Gassac” exclusively held at Railway Restaurant, regarded for refined European specialities with a French flair.
Curated by Executive Chef Steffen Hoffer, the evening promises an incomparable dining experience with exquisite culinary creations, showcased in a four-course dinner that will be perfectly complemented by carefully-selected wines of Languedoc’s Mas de Daumas Gassac and Moulin de Gassac collections.
Renowned as the Grand Cru of the Southern France, Mas De Daumas Gassac sets the standard for wine production and quality wine in the Languedoc region. In fact, they are classified as Vin de Pays de l’Hérault, and have reached cult status internationally.
As an added incentive, Centara Grand Hua Hin will also welcome Basile Guibert of famed vineyard Mas de Daumas Gassac pouring his wines on the night.

First appetizer: Foie gras terrine, paired with Moulin de Gassac Albaran Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah, IGP Pays d’Herault 2015
Second appetizer: Carpaccio of Boston lobster, paired with Moulin de Gassac Sauvignon Blanc, IGP Pays d’Herault 2017
Main course: Beef Wellington, paired with Mas de Daumas Gassac Red, IGP St Guilhem le Desert Cite d’Aniane 2013
