Also, find a lush array of Italian favorites specially crafted by Chef Salvatore such as the live cooking of heartwarming spaghetti with sausage truffle cream sauce out of a parmesan cheese, grilled Vegetable with Pesto, King Crab cocktail, seabass ceviche, smoked Salmon on charcoal brioche, and crunchy squid with garlic aioli.
To enhance your experience, choose a highlighted main course; Braised pork cheek in red wine, Chicken-mushroom roulade or Seabass fillet in lemon sauce.
