Bangkok Airways announces the resumption of Bangkok – Trat (roundtrip) and Samui – Phuket (roundtrip) as well as its continued measures to facilitate passengers affected by the COVID-19 situation

Bangkok Airways announces the resumption of its direct services between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) – Trat (roundtrip) starting from 1 July 2021 onwards, as well as Samui – Phuket (roundtrip), starting from 16 July 2021 onwards.

Flight schedules for the Bangkok – Trat route will be as follows: 

  • 1-31 July 2021, the airline will operate 4 flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday)
  • 1 August – 30 October 2021, the airline will operate 1 flight per day

The outbound flight, PG305, departs Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) airport at 11.40hrs. and arrives Trat airport at 12.40hrs. The inbound flight, PG306, departs Trat airport at 13.10hrs. and arrives Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) airport at 14.10hrs.

Flight schedules for Samui – Phuket route will be as follows; 

  • 16 – 31 July 2021, the airline will operate 4 flights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday)
  • 1 August – 30 October 2021, the airline will operate 1 flight per day

The outbound flight, PG253, departs Samui airport at 11.25hrs. and arrives Phuket airport at 12.25hrs. The inbound flight, PG254, departs Phuket airport at 13.00hrs. and arrives Samui airport at 14.00hrs.

Moreover, Bangkok Airways realizes the inconvenience that may be caused to its passengers during the epidemic; therefore, the airline will continue to facilitate passengers who were issued their tickets (Point of sales – Thailand) and scheduled to travel before 31 July 2021.  Those passengers who wish to amend their travel plans may have fees waived when rebooking or alternatively may request a refund in the form of a travel voucher to be used for future ticketing. Passengers may make any necessary changes prior to 24 hours before planned travel dates. More information can be seen at www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher (terms and conditions apply).

Passengers who wish to amend their travels with no new specified travel date (open ticket) can submit their request via https://forms.officecom/r/WjcEEfQX2L within 24 hours prior to their proposed departure date. The airline will use information provided by such form in order to further accommodate passengers.
