Bangkok is named as the city home to the 2nd highest number of beautiful people in the world, according to new study.
Everyone is beautiful in their own right, but when looking at beauty pageant winners, those literally crowned the most beautiful people in the world, are there some cities that can be named more beautiful than the rest? And does birthplace play a role in your likelihood of winning a beauty contest?
money.co.uk have looked at the birthplaces of over 500 international pageant winners around the world to reveal where in the world is home to the most beautiful people.

Caracas in Venezuela is the city with the highest number of pageant winners, with Venezuela known for taking beauty pageants seriously, having won more “Big Four” titles than any other nation. Some of the most famous beauties to come out of Caracas are Dayana Mendoza and Claudia Moreno.
In second place was Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, which has produced seven pageant winners. Followed by Sydney and Turku who tied in third place with 6 winners each.
Three cities tied in fifth place; Maracaibo, Manila and San Juan. All three cities produced five pageant winners. Alongside Venezuela, the Philippines is considered a powerhouse of the beauty pageant world, which explains why the capital of Manila has produced the joint fifth-highest number of winners.
