BIG Loyalty, a comprehensive lifestyle rewards platform under the AirAsia Group has added ICBC (Thai), China’s largest multinational banking company, as its latest points conversion partner, enabling ICBC (Thai) customers to convert their ICBC Everyday Rewards points to BIG Points.
From 1st July 2020 onward, ICBC (Thai) customers are able to convert 70 ICBC Everyday Rewards points to 1 BIG Point to make full redemption on AirAsia flights, or choose to pay partially with BIG Points. BIG Members can also use BIG Points to redeem hotels, activities, and even lifestyle deals such as food and beverage and shopping vouchers in the near future. The points conversion can be implemented by filling in the form provided at the bank or via ICBC Mobile Banking application.
