Every BITEC employee has completed the COVID-19 vaccine course and is required to get tested with an Antigen Test Kit (ATK) before entering the Venue The current measure also encourages fewer physical interactions by providing alternative meeting services and cashless payment services at the centre.

BITEC expands opportunities and facilities business for customers by participating as venues in the “Thailand a Safer Place for Meetings Phase 3” campaign of TCEB. Through the campaign, TCEB will provide financial assistance to organisers from now until December 31st, 2021.
