Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok invites families, friends and loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, 26 November 2020 with a sumptuous international buffet dinner featuring Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano’s exclusive homemade roast turkey and traditional trimmings at ALATi from 18:30 to 22:30 hrs.
This feast begins at ‘Seafood on Ice’, offering selections of Alaskan snow crab leg; New Zealand mussels; selections of fresh oysters; and white prawn with traditional condiments.
The ‘Charcuterie and Cheese’ selection features pastrami; coppa; Parma ham; and manchego and assorted cheese selections.
The ‘Carving Station’ includes roasted slow-cooked Butterball turkey with traditional stuffing and gravy; roasted Wagyu top sirloin; honey-glazed ham; and baked salted seabass with classic and assorted side dishes, sauces and condiments.
The ‘Pasta Station’ features homemade fettucine with turkey ragout and cranberries; and pumpkin gnocchi with Parmesan sauce, mushrooms and roasted pumpkin seeds.
The extravagant dessert station is a fitting finale to this annual Thanksgiving celebration, with classic desserts and traditional pies such as red velvet cake; double-chocolate walnut cake; American chocolate chip cookies; pecan shortbread cookies; pumpkin pie with maple syrup whipped cream; pecan chocolate pie; classic apple pie; and more.
The Thanksgiving buffet dinner is priced at THB 2,500++ per adult, inclusive of drinking water (half price for children aged 6–12). For a free-flow selection of alcoholic beverages, juices and soft drinks, add THB 1,000++ per person.
