Our talented patisserie team presents a February limited-edition afternoon tea featuring sweet and savoury goodies inspired by traditional European recipes and with a touch of the colour red and musical-note designs, paired with a choice of divine coffee or Ronnefeldt tea.
The tea ceremony begins with savoury specialities, including spicy barbeque pork ham, smoked salmon canapé; caviar and egg vol-au-vent; classic prawn cocktail tart shell; and chèvre terrine sandwich.
There is a mouth-watering choice of sweets, with menu highlights that include strawberry éclair; blueberry white chocolate Chantilly macaroon; lychee raspberry rose mousse and vanilla shortbread; passionfruit wild strawberry mini dome; dark chocolate and violet cube; and vanilla raspberry chocolate madeleine.
