Chef Phongthorn Hinracha, Executive Chef at Anantara Riverside or Chef Phong, he is recently joined Iron Chef Thailand in a face-off with Chef Off of Wang Hinghoi. He delighted judges with local Thai ingredients, as well as the surprise ingredient “Sheep’s head”. Finally, he won the competition last week, broadcasted on Channel 7HD the 5th of October 2019
