Mocha & Muffins, a popular all-day café on Rajadamri Road set in the leafy courtyard of Anantara Siam Bangkok, is inviting sweet-toothed guests to embrace the dark side of confectionery indulgence. In celebration on World Chocolate Day on July 7th, Anantara’s Cluster Executive Pastry Chef Anupong Nualchawee (Chef Aey) created a limited-edition ‘Eclipse’ menu that will be available at Mocha & Muffins until the end of the month.
To unlock the power of darkness, guests can start their dark chocolate experience with a rich banana and chocolate dirt smoothie or Frappuccino made with 70% single origin cocoa from Thailand, before sinking their teeth into a gooey Valrhona tart, or indulging in decadent chocolate muffins flavoured with peanut butter and lychee.
The menu is an exciting opportunity to sample exclusive creations from one of Thailand’s most celebrated pastry chefs and a talented chocolate artist who holds a Master of Chocolate Dessert certificate from l’École Valrhona in Japan; Master of Sugar and Chocolate Showpiece certificates from the Academy of Pastry Arts in Malaysia, along with other titles.
