Some of the highlighted dishes include Crispy-skin salmon served with sautéed leek, edamame and asparagus in aromatic saffron cream sauce and Pan-seared salmon topped with velvety Thai-inspired red curry-coconut sauce that is packed with an exotic flavour. Summer salmon salad likewise brings a remarkably fresh, yet creamy Asian take in the bistro’s homemade soy-ginger dressing that tops seasonal salad greens, candied tomatoes and strawberry while Caesar salad with Tasmanian salmon presents a delicious twist on a classic with the fantastic addition of fresh-tasting chargrilled salmon to the salad creamy goodness.
