Conrad Bangkok invites gourmands and connoisseurs of fine dining to an extraordinary Japanese Wine Dinner, an evening of unrivaled culinary elegance and exquisite indulgence. Renowned Japanese chef Masakazu Mikuriya of KiSara restaurant will curate a five-course dining experience, complemented by the expertise of celebrated wine guru, Mr. Girolamo Panzetta.

Taking place on Saturday, 13th July 2024 from 6:00PM to 10:00PM at KiSara restaurant, guests will be treated to an enchanting evening featuring the finest Japanese wines perfectly paired with a menu that promises an exquisite gastronomic experience.

The Japanese Wine Dinner event offers a sensory journey through a meticulously crafted menu, each course expertly matched with Japanese wines, showcasing the richness of flavors and cultural artistry.

The 5-course dinner menu includes:

Gari Tomato: Heirloom Tomato, Pickled Ginger, Octopus, Shiso, Ponzu Dressing, paired with Etude of the Wind, Nagano 2021.

Sushi and Sashimi: Aburi Salmon Roll, California Roll, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowtail, Botan Shrimp, complemented by Takahata Classic Chardonnay, Yamagata 2023.

Hokkaido Scallop: Pan Seared Scallop, Cauliflower Purée, Sea Urchin, Salmon Roe, accompanied by the smooth textures of The Here and Now, Yamanashi 2021.

Madai: Sea Bream, White Wine Sauce, Yuzu Air, Hana Hojiso, complemented by the rich flavors of Coco Rose, Nagano 2022.

Japanese Cheesecake: elegantly served with White Chocolate Sauce and Fresh Berries, paired with A Certain Series Pinot Rose, Hokkaido 2020.
