Culinary Maestro: Luca Russo at Red Sky

Robert Maurer Loeffler, Vice President Operations & General Manager of Centara Grand at CentralWorld has announced the appointment of Luca Russo as Chef De Cuisine at Red Sky Restaurant, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.

 Russo, a culinary expert with over a decade of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, is poised to bring his innovative and delectable approach to one of the most iconic dining locations in the city.

Russo’s distinguished culinary career spans several top restaurants, including the Assaje at the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese, the Giuda Ballerino in Rome, the Locanda del Pilone in Piedmont and La Pergola at the Waldorf Astoria Rome. Prior to his new role, Russo served as Sous Chef at the two Michelin star restaurant, Zaranda, in Mallorca, Spain, where he continued to refine his culinary skills.
