From April 2021, Chatrium Niseko Japan is launching a breakfast hamper accommodation package with a focus on using only Hokkaido and Niseko ingredients.
「I cannot wait to try Hokkaido’s fresh local produce!」
「I really want to travel but am concerned about eating out with the Covid-19 situation.」
「I want quality rather than quantity when it comes to food.」
「Breakfast is a time where I relax and get ready for the day!」
Responding to the needs of our guests, such as those listed above, and with a love for the local food from Hokkaido and Niseko, Chatrium Niseko’s team brainstormed and collected ideas. A breakfast hamper consisting solely of produce and ingredients that are only found in the local area was created.
Kamimura’s Seasonal Potage Soup
Rusutsu Pork Sausage
Free Range Farm Eggs from Yamanohatake
Nao-buns’ Fresh Bread and Sweet Rolls
Niseko Takahashi’s Yoghurt
Green Farm Deli’s Jam and Butter
※Breakfast contents may change based on seasonality
