The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s Executive Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf and Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara from Michelin Plate restaurant Yamazato are working together to serve up delicious Yatai bowls for a real Japanese treat enjoyed at home.
Yatai & Izakaya Night is our signature buffet at Up & Above Restaurant, you can now enjoy Yatai specially dish in a comfort of your home. The selective Japanese favourites are include yakinuku wagyu beef skewer don with onsen egg, chicken teriyaki don with onsen egg, yakiton don (grilled pork) with onsen egg, house-cured hot smoked Norwegian salmon don with onsen egg, pork tonkatsu don with onsen egg, ebi katsu don with onsen egg, yakisoba (or Japanese rice) with tsukune chicken and onsen egg, and saba mackerel teriyaki don with onsen egg. A Yatai Box, which includes mixed yakitori, is also available to order for sharing with family and friends.
