An intriguing dining experience with these very same time-honored recipes are available for dinner on Mondays to Thursdays from January to March 2020.

Thai Iron chef Challenger Jack, Prasertchai Trongvanichnam, leads you through a journey of Royal Thai cuisine with an innovative twist to hark back to traditional Thai recipes and local ingredients.  His dishes remain true to royal Thai recipes and uses century-old cooking techniques with ingredients sourced directly from local growers and uncompromising food quality. Unwrap an unexpected dining experience delivering a maelstrom of flavors, textures and complexity.

Royal Thai cuisine is presented in a magnificent buffet setting. Must-try items include the tasteful Khao Tang Moo Ka Ti – Dehydrated Jasmine Rice, Marinated Pork Belly, coconut Thai artichoke, lychee jam, Pla Hoi – Mussel, thai coconut sauce, chopped lemongrass, Chayote leave, Goong Sorn Klin – Pickled Prawn, crafted housemade sweet fish sauce, Lime, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime, Thai Eggplant and shrimp paste topped with roasted coconut, Yum Cha Om Krob – Crispy Climbing Wattle, tomatoes jam, shrimp, and spicy sauce, Srang Wah – Marinated Prawn, Lemongrass, Mint, Garlic, lime Gel, Tamarind sauce, Gang Kua Look Kluay – Roasted coconut cream soup with pickled raw banana and duck, Tom Kha Ma Praw Pao – Grilled Young Coconut, Banana Leaves, Kaffir limes, mushroom, and seabass. And Nua Yang Ma Kam – Marinate Coconut with Beef, Tamarind Gel, Crispy Shallot, tomato relish and Nam Jim Jaew.
