Dry-Aged Spanish Beef At Rossini’s

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, throughout February and March at Rossini’s, Chef Gaetano showcases premium dry-aged Galician beef from Spain. Highly prized by top chefs, the beef is from mature cattle left to graze naturally for up to eight years and produces dark red meat, subtle marbling with an intense flavor.

At Rossini’s the choice of dry-aged beef includes 300-gram grilled Angus striploin and Angus prime rib of beef, as well as 300-gram tenderloin and 100-gram tomahawk cuts. Each dish comes served with roasted garlic, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, and Béarnaise sauce or beef jus. The succulent beef can be complemented by wines from primoVino by Rossini’san extensive and carefully curated selection of top-shelf wines at cellar prices and a recipient of an Award for Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine.

Renowned as one of the finest Italian restaurants in Bangkok, Rossini’s serves highly accomplished modern Italian cuisine in the sophisticated setting of a Tuscan villa. The restaurant is defined by the passion, creativity and flair of its gifted Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo. Born in Sicily, he grew up in Sciacca, a traditional fishing town in Agrigento Province, an area known as the culinary heart of traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Rossini’s is a recipient of L’Assiette Michelin, or the Michelin Plate, a new worldwide designation included in the renowned Michelin Guide that indicates a “restaurant where the inspectors discovered quality food.”
