This is truly an unprecedented time in our history that we will get through together. We know that it is creating significant personal hardships, especially for our dedicated hourly associates who serve our clients and customers every day. We are implementing the following measures, effective immediately, to help our valued associates and our guests through this difficult time.
DURING YOUR STAY
You should have confidence when you stay at any of our hotels that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our own hotel management teams and the hotel operators in our portfolio.
YOUR TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY
During this time, where every day seems to demand a new definition of ‘normal’, we have amended our cancellation policy and until further notice, will make no charges for any individual cancellations, in order to remove as much unnecessary and additional stress as possible
