Mr. Prab Thakral, President and Group CEO of Boutique Corporation said: “We see an on-going demand for quality commercial space in the mid-Sukhumvit area, as reflected in the 100% occupancy at Summer Hill and 90% occupancy at Summer Hub Offices. Summer Point is located on the main Sukhumvit road, a step away from Phra Khanong BTS and a few hundred meters to the expressways. Summer Point will serve as a perfect setting for people to work, eat and shop, with the option to exercise and socialize right across at Summer Hill.”
Summer Point is strategically designed for flexible space and user convenience. The ground floor will consist of coffee shops and various dining options. The second floor is designed with very high ceilings to accommodate a co-working space, with double volume and mezzanine. The third to fifth floors will be dedicated to office space, ranging from 115 sq.m. to 1,250 sq.m., with two floors of underground parking to accommodate all visitors.
Ms. Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand said: “We are delighted to be working alongside and representing Boutique in yet another exciting project in the heart of Sukhumvit. The demand for flexible working office space is great, as seen in the changing trend of millennials that look for an integrated work-and-play lifestyle. We are confident that Summer Point will garner high demand, with compliments to its existing phases of Summer Hill and Summer Hub Offices across the street.”
Together, the combined phases will work in synergy to create a mixed-use development that integrates commercial spaces and offices for a hub that truly revives the local neighborhood and surrounding areas.
Summer Point is set to open in Q2, 2020 with approximately 5,500 sq.m. of leasable office and retail space.
