One of the city’s most iconic venues, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin is pleased to welcome travellers again on July 1st, 2020 with even greater Centara hospitality and care you trust. Aiming at becoming Hua Hin’s best beach resort, the hotel takes your confidence to another level with the latest certification, SHA or Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration, on top of a recent implement of the brand’s Centara Complete Care.
Developed under a collaboration between Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the public and private sector partners, the “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration: SHA” certification is aimed at elevating the country’s tourism industry standards and developing confidence among international and domestic tourists. The project’s aspiration also reflects Centara Hotels & Resorts’s commitment to elevate safety protocol to support new travel norms and provide complete reassurance and confidence to guests.
Being awarded with the Amazing Thailand SHA certificate means that Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin has undergone a strict inspection and has been assigned the SHA logo as a mark of quality certification of its service standards. The SHA logo has a validity period of two years.
In addition, travellers can look forward to travel with total peace of mind and enjoy a first-class holiday experience at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin under a certified comprehensive health and hygiene guideline, Centara Complete Care, developed in close collaboration with Ecolab, a global leader in water and hygiene technologies, and Swiss firm SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.

There will be no in-room delivery of luggage or meals with all items instead left at the guest room door.
Spa and wellness facilities will allow single treatments only with no use of steam, saunas or Hammams for the time being. All treatment rooms will be sanitised in between guest usage. Sanitising gel and disposable face masks are to be placed in guest rooms Other key changes include free health check-ups from on-site medical staff, a dedicated system of contactless measures for check in and payment, as well as upgrading of teleconferencing capabilities for the meeting sector as businesses get back to work.
